Concession trailers allow for increased kitchen space. Their floor plans allows for either larger mobile kitchen appliances or greater working area. The mobile kitchen area is not nearly as tight as it is in a food truck; pass through width in addition to height is increased. Adding an additional person for cooking and serving assistance is much easier and more seamless.
